CentrePointe Counseling, a well-established Christian 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is seeking a part time Executive Director (approx. 25 hrs/wk with future potential for full-time).

Required skills include demonstrated knowledge of non-profit fiscal activities (including finances) and forward looking, collaborative leadership and 5 years experience in non-profit development or relevant business development. Knowledge of clinical mental health is a plus. Must have completed a Master's Degree in a field related to non-profit management.

They serve individuals, families, children, and congregations. Services include outpatient counseling, church mediation, and public speaking. Centrepointe is supported by partnering churches that supply office space and send many referrals. These churches include Southern Baptist, Methodist, and Evangelical Lutheran.
