Under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment and CHP, the Child Health Plan (CHP) Program Manager is responsible for oversight of multiple significant assignments including project management of complex reports and audit materials related to state contracts for Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus . She/He will ensure that all program deliverables and audit related materials are developed, implemented and delivered according to contract requirements. They will assist with program development and evaluation, monitor budgets, and track and report key performance indicators including healthcare expenses, member enrollment and utilization trends for Child Health Plan Plus. They will work collaboratively with internal departments, external vendors and the State to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and reports. They will also serve as subject matter expert for the Child Health Plan Plus deliverables and operations. This position requires excellent collaboration skills, strong working relationships and direct communication with both internal and external customers, including prompt responsiveness to our State partners.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health or data related field required. Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be substituted.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience required in a healthcare or related setting. Experience working directly with the Colorado CHP+ program is preferred but not required.

Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to manage changing priorities. Ability to manage complex assignments and responsibilities and collaborate with other staff to meet deadlines and contractual requirements. Must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner. Skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.
